This formula is based on a recipe used by martial arts practitioners to help recover from injuries incurred during practice sessions.*

TCM Function:
Invigorates blood, clears heat, subdues yang, dredges and opens the channels and collaterals, relieves pain.

TCM Indications:
Use for acute bruising accompanying muscle aches and pains.

Directions:
Do not use on wet or sweaty skin.
Clean and dry the affected area before application.
Remove the attached film from medicated patch and apply adhesive side to the affected area.
Apply to affected area not more than 3 times a day because it will remain effective for about 8 hours in normal conditions.
It will be more effective when used after hot shower or massage.
Children under 2 years of age: Do not use.

Contents:
1 box contains 10 plasters (3.9 in x 11 in each)
1 can contains one large roll, 10x200cm (3.9x78.7in) that may be cut to shape with scissors.

Warnings:
