San Huang San, “Herbal Ice” August 3, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Florida   This  has been such a tremendous help with ankle sprains, that I’ve gotten extras for my best friends’ first aid kits. When I tell them how I badly sprained my ankle, yet was able to take my dog for his normal walk the next morning, they find it hard to believe, but it’s true. At the very least, it brings quick soothing relief from the agonizing pain of the sprain.   Also, my dog hurt his paw and was limping badly, so I applied this goop thickly between his toes, bandaged his paw & put a sock over it, —and his limp was totally gone the next day.
