After 6 months, Oriveda mushrooms (Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Cordceps, Maitake, Chaga) have helped me sleep better, reduced my anxiety, no longer need/want caffeine (was taking 400-500mg a day), and I’ve completely gotten off my mesalamine ulcerative colitis medication, which I had been using twice a day for the past 4 years for my stomach issues.
I have worked full-time in a stressful corporate environment (accountant) for the past 10 years, and I started my own business on the side 3 years ago.
I know it might sound too good to be true, but this is my personal experience, and every person may be different. I also started HIIT training/gym and a healthier diet, so don't expect the mushrooms to fix everything magically. For me, it was about changing my lifestyle first, and the mushrooms assisted with this.
I hope this review helps someone else who might be going through similar issues.
