Yunnan Baiyao (云南白药) is also known as Yunnan Paiyao. Yunnan Baiyao Herbal Capsule is an herbal supplement revered by herbalists and acupuncturists in China for over one hundred years. Directions:
Equivalency: 1 capsule contains .25g powder; 1 vial of powder contains 4g = 16 capsules

Internally:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules, 4x day. Do not exceed 2 capsules every 4 hours.
Children 6-12 years of age: 1 capsule, 2x day.
Under 6 years of age: do not take.

Externally:
Open capsule and apply powder directly to bleeding wound (clean first, and bandage afterwards.)

Other ingredients: hydroxpropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule)
