Within a 1/2 hour, I started feeling better.  I took the Culling twice a day for a week. The discomfort  cleared up!   I decided to purchase some, I found them on Modern herb. I also purchased two other digestive herbs that are amazing! The combo of all   three, knock out any digestive upset. So glad I found them on here. The other two herbs are:  Po Chai Pills/ Bao Ji Wan and  Xiang Sha Yang Wei Wan.
