Good relief December 8, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   This heat patch really helps with relieving aches on your body.  I'm a swimmer so there are a lot of times I sprain my arms and using this patch helps with the pain.  I've been using this for years, it really helps. Highly recommended!
