Excellent product and customer service November 16, 2025 Reviewer: Jason   First, after a bunch of research I bought from this company since they actually note the "age" of the jow, which is missing from all other competitors (and this is super important). Second, there was an issue with the packaging where some leaked, and they responded right away and sent a new bottle. Of course I had to send photo evidence, but I was very impressed that they stand by their product and are committed to having longterm customers (which I now am). Super impressed with the jow and with Modern Herb Shop. Super Kudos!

Relief!
