Delivery Lost - But It's Not Their Problem September 2, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Seattle   First-time, last-time customer here. I never received my $150 order. USPS says it was delivered - it was not. Modern Herb's response was essentially "Did you talk to everyone in your neighborhood to figure where it might be?" Per their shipping policy, they're not responsible if the carrier fails. Buyer beware - you will NOT get your product or your money back.
