Polygonum Multiforum Pills. Polygonum He Shou Wu, commonly but erroneously called Fo-Ti, and is valued by the Chinese. Unlike other blood tonics, it is not cloying, and can be taken for long periods of time.
Nourishes blood, benefits and astringes jing, nourishes liver qi, benefits kidney qi, supports tendon and bone, moistens the intestines.
Use for deficiencies of liver blood and yin. Counters liver fire due to deficiency. Can be used for immune system support.
