International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
	We ship to many countries. The quickest way to determine whether we ship to you is to create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. If you do not see your country in the list, you may Contact Us (or send email to [email protected]), tell us where you live and we will consider adding it to our list. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. The Modern Herb Shop does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees. If you refuse delivery on a package, or the customs office returns your package, we will refund your puchase price but you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes. What are my payment choices?
	During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
	We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally products are out of stock and an order may wait 2-3 additional days to be filled. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
