It seems to work immediately, and thus I only take it when I am feeling extremely unsettled or as if I am at a "breaking point." Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan Purchase Review April 1, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   The product is good.   Unfortunately the Shipping & Handling has INCREASED substantially since my prior purchase on 12/31/2014.   I asked company about the S&H  increase from $6.65 on 12/31/14 to $9.50 on 03/20/2015.   That is a 43% INCREASE in shipping rate!!! No matter what address I input in my March order the S&H rate was higher than it was less than 3 months ago.! ***MHS RESPONSE - Customer written to via email.  First order was for only 5 boxes, second order was for 10 boxes.  The increased weight bumped the package from 1 to 2 pounds, therefore the extra cost.***
